Reflection on PSD learning Development
Advancement in Communication Skills
During the class of Personal Skills Development (PSD), the lecturer who is Puan Nini Aniza has helped me various ways to overcome my shyness on communicating with my peers. Through this i am now better at communication with my peers without ever feeling awkwardness. This has helped me overcome my introvertness as i am personally an introvert. This skill will forever be appreciated and applied in future progress.
2. Advancement in writing skills
Through this class, i also have advanced my writing skills considerably. This is thanks to the constant training of writing a report and the minutes of meeting that is required for the course as a core. This made me more confident in writing detailed documents needed in this course and in future progresses alter in life and career.
3.Advancement in presentation skills
My presentation skills have grew considerably in the course of this lecture course, this is due to the constant presentations that we have to make to satisfy the requirements of the grading system. This skills are useful later in careers and life as it is needed almost in a daily basis.

Final Activity and Postmortem
The final activity went on without any faults and was a success. All activities planned went on according to the plan but several delays were had and dealt with.
Postmortem :
Every planned activity was held and none was cancelled. The campaign was successful. All group members gave full commitment and dedication.
Implementation of activities we flawless in our groups part and no major problems were heard of.

Week 5 : Delay
A Major delay has been detected in the activities of the week. One of the required material for the presentation of the blood donation is not acquired. one of the material from one of the distributors of the slides is not obtained.
The solution was found when the distributor was contacted and was able to bring the required material on time. Although there was a delay, further activities went as planned.

Summary of held activities
All activities planned for this week is going as planned. Minor hiccups were dealt with swiftly.
Handing out of Banners were a success and the open talk was also a success.

Week 3 Implementation
Activities starts
Activities planned in previous discussions and meeting are taken into full effect according to the time table set and planned in said meetings.
1st week is dedicated into promoting the campaign
2nd week is introduction week, this is where we will hold an open talk and other introduction activities
3rd week is activities week. this week is where quizzes and more talks will be held.
4th week is the ultimate goal of holding the blood donation drive together with the National Blood donation Committee of Malaysia.
Activities planned in previous discussions and meeting are taken into full effect according to the time table set and planned in said meetings.

Second Meeting held
Intro : Discussion on the time of the campaign as a whole.
The discussion took place on deciding the time of the Blood donation campaign.
It was agreed upon by the whole group that the campaign be held in the month of April 2014 and the campaign will last the entire month.

Week 1 Development
Intro: Planning (part 1)
The planning for the Blood donation campaign is held with group members. Matter discussed was about budget and activities.
The meeting was held and several activities were planned and the budget were also discussed for budgeting reasons.
Activities planned : 1) Distribution of fliers and hanging of banners in college premises.
2) Planned for an open talk for audiences comprised of students and lecturers
Budget Planned : 1) Fliers and banners (RM500)
2) Open talk (RM- sponsored by the Health ministry)

About me
INTORDUCTION
My name is Muhammad Fariz bin Ridzwan, born as the first of 4 children and was gifted with a friend from birth who is my twin Muhammad Hariz bin Ridzwan. I have 2 step siblings but i never see them that way. They are my brother and sister nonetheless.
Strengths
1) Time management : I have a strong time management skill. This is proven with my timely submission of assignments and other tasks. I am able to do more work in less time thanks to this perk i have.
2) Presentation Skills : I excel in presentations where i can easily take command as a presenter and captivate my audiences. This is proven during each time I present a documentation and also while doing an open talk with the public. I have no problem presenting even when there is a large crowd.
3) Bilingual : I have perfect command of both the English language and the Malay Language. This gives me an advantage when addressing to foreign people thus eliminating the possibility of lost in translation.
Weakness
1) Introversion : Literally means an introvert. I cannot handle working in a group due from being an introvert. This sometimes effects my work efficientcy but my group mate are helping me cope with it.
2) Weak in managing Money : I cannot handle money as it is a too big of a responsibility as i do not believe myself when handling assets.
